About Ken Sher
Ken Sher has been providing Career Coaching and Executive Leadership Coaching for nearly 30-years. He had the painful experience of being laid off, after nearly 25-years, from a Fortune 50 company. But, after working through the pain of being suddenly out of work, he figured it out and won 3-jobs while still in his 50s. Now, Ken helps his clients figure out the job market to find their next opportunity. Ken held multiple leadership roles, including Director, Johnson & Johnson Sales Recruiting, where he refined his skills about how to identify, recruit and retain talent. He brings that experience and a practical approach to coaching that often leads to professional transformation for his clients. Ken is a member of the Five O’clock Club, the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a member of the National Speaker’s Association Academy. Ken practices what he teaches about developing a healthy work/life balance and enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy and their 3 grown children.
