Emilie Bree Carlino is a workforce development specialist with over 10 years experience in higher education settings. Currently she is the Manager of Partner Career Services and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) for LINC, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving as talent champions for local employers and job seekers relocating to the Lehigh Valley. Emilie has a passion for providing education and career advising services for diverse professionals and connecting the right people to the right opportunities to make the greatest impact. She holds undergraduate degrees in education and science along with a graduate degree in health education with a concentration in community interventions. In addition to her formal education, she also holds multiple certificates for continued learning in the areas of leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Emilie is also a Career and professional development Coach/ consultant in the Lehigh Valley. Prior to opening her own consulting her own consulting firm, Emilie worked in corporate healthcare in a consultative role where she led the development of internal mobility, career advancement and career transition initiatives for all network colleagues. During her time there, she played a strategic role in helping the network to better leverage its existing workforce, and talent referrals from community partners. In addition to her professional experience, Emilie is deeply engaged in serving our Lehigh Valley community. She has volunteered with and presented professional development education for organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, PA CareerLink, and the Allentown YWCA’s Perfect Fit for Working Women program.
